*There is a master switch under the dash. Please make sure that it is flipped to the "on" position at all times.*
1) Problem: I have been charging my cart for hours but it doesn't seem like the gauge is moving
Solution:
A) Test the outlet with your cell phone by plugging in your phone to see if the outlet is drawing power
B) Test all connections from the extension cord all the way to the charger unit it itself (Sometimes the connection between the charger unit and the black extension cord adapter may come loose)
C) Make sure a circuit breaker isn't flipping (rare but occasionally that can happen). If that's the case try to use a different outlet
D) Make sure the master switch underneath the dash is set to the "on" position at all times
2) Problem: I drove my cart a very short distance and then it died. Then when I got it to my destination and plugged it in to charge the cart, the dash showed 0 charge
Solution:
There's a master switch underneath the dash that was accidentally bumped into the "off" position at some point during your trip (even a brief flip of that switch can mess up the charging indicators and "kill" the cart temporarily). Simply flip the master switch to the "on" position and give the cart 5-7 minutes to "reset." The good news is that your cart was actually storing a charge during the whole time it was plugged in.
3) Problem: My cart died while I was driving it
Solution:
Refer to problem 3 and check the master switch. If it's not the master switch then you need to charge the vehicle. The easiest way to avoid this is to charge the vehicle whenever it's not in use.
4) Problem: I can't find an outlet to plug my cart into
Solution:
No worries! All of our carts plug into any standard outlet and come with a 100 foot extension cord. In this case, feel free run the cord under your front door when charging and don't worry about shutting and locking the door over the cord.
5) Problem: How do I operate the LED Lights?
Solution:
There's a switch under the dash (Different than the master switch) that controls them.
